I am your Soft Tissue Expert, specializing in treatments for Women's Holistic Wellbeing and am trained in a variety of modalities; Craniosacral Therapy, 5 Element Shiatsu, Myofascial Release Therapy, Neuromuscular  (Trigger Point) Therapy, Sports Massage, Pre/Post Natal Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Advanced Energy Diagnostics, Movement Education, Personal Fitness/Yoga/Meditation/Breathing practices, and a CNY Integrated Signature Massage which includes a full assessment and integrated bodywork!

I have been dedicated to a life of health and wellness which dates back to the early 1980's where I began my competitive sports journey in running and road cycling. Through this momentive, I became a Personal Fitness Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist and Massage Therapy Instructor.  As your therapist, I will combine my knowledge, experience and compassion to develop a specialized treatment plan that will enhance your holistic well-being.
